Para poder conectarnos con la realidad presente en toda su riqueza. Es entregarse a la experiencia que acontece en plenitud, sin juicios, sin construir una distancia critica que nos aleje de la experiencia. Es enfocarse en el aqu\u00ed y ahora y experimentar una consciencia plena del fluir experiencial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El mindfulness <strong>no es dejar la mente en blanco<\/strong>, se trata de poder aceptar nuestros pensamientos y emociones sin que perturben nuestra calma. D\u00e1ndoles espacio para expresarse, pero sin dejar que nos abrumen. A trav\u00e9s de diversos ejercicios podemos centrarnos en nuestra experiencia y de esta manera alcanzar un estado de consciencia plena, que permita a nuestro mundo interno expresarse sin prejuicios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En esta apartado encontraras una serie de ejercicios breves y pr\u00e1cticos que te permitir\u00e1n poner en pr\u00e1ctica el Mindfulness. Con una pr\u00e1ctica diaria de no m\u00e1s de 15 minutos es suficiente, lo importante es que practique de forma recurrente y constante.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
